Please Don’t Let This Be Another Podcast!
Don’t Worry!
This is not therapy culture and this not another podcast!
And it is not entertainment. This platform was not built around shock value, internet performance, overanalyzed psychology, or pretending to have all the answers. There are already enough spaces where people speak at each other. Write Somebody was created to speak human to human.
No filters.
No personas.
No pressure to impress anyone.
Just honesty, reflection, vulnerability, curiosity, and real conversation.
Write Somebody was created for the stories people carry quietly. Not every person is looking for attention. Sometimes they are simply looking for release.
The thoughts people replay at 2 AM.
The conversations they never had.
The realizations they were too afraid to say out loud.
The grief.
The confusion.
The red flags they ignored.
The moments that changed them.
The internet gave people a voice.
But not always a place to be understood. We live in a world overloaded with information, opinions, outrage, stimulation, performance, and noise. People consume emotions all day long while quietly suppressing their own. Maybe people are not becoming crazier than they were before. Maybe human beings were never meant to absorb this much information without somewhere honest to release it. Write Somebody exists because some truths become heavier when they have nowhere to go.
I’m Somebody.
It’s nice to meet you.
I’m just the voice behind the conversation people have been missing.
The listener.
The witness.
The person who is willing to sit in the uncomfortable silence long enough to hear the truth underneath it. No performance.
No perfect image. I am not protecting a reputation, an identity, or a polished version of myself. I cannot be persuaded to posture, perform, or protect an image that does not exist.
Just a real person on the other side of the words.
Because when identity disappears, honesty gets louder.
And strangely enough, people often tell the truth more easily to someone they cannot fully define.
Somebody is not here to fix you.
Somebody is here to hear you.
Sometimes the truth is easier to tell Somebody!
Some truths need somewhere to go.
Write Somebody your story, realization, suspicion, heartbreak, red flag, unanswered question, or moment that changed everything.
Selected submissions may be discussed anonymously across Write Somebody episodes, social content, and other platforms, with identifying details removed when appropriate.
This is a space for honesty, reflection, curiosity, and the things people usually keep to themselves.
Sometimes the truth is easier to tell Somebody.
